YES: Each Consignor can bring 300 items to the event. As always, we encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your things. A Consignor who brings 75 great items will do better than a Consignor who brings 100 items that are poor quality or marked too high.
Option 1 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up at one of our Early Barcode Label Pickup Days and label your items at home. Then bring your already labeled items on Check-In Days. We will check your items at Consignor Drop Off and if they are in numerical order and all accounted for, we will then guarantee your items. Option 2 - Let us mail your barcodes to you. We will print your barcodes for free and you only pay $4 for shipping for all Consignor Numbers requested at the same time. Find the sign-up in Consignor Links. Option 3 - Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. Label your items at home. Bring your labeled items on Drop Off Days. We will check your items at Consignor Drop Off and if they are in numerical order and all accounted for, we will then guarantee your items.
This will be our Fall/Winter Sale. We WILL accept: Pants, long-sleeves, sweaters, heavy/puffy coats and jackets, hoodies, ski pants/gear, snow boots, flannel, fleece, plaid applique, corduroy, turtlenecks, gloves, winter hats, scarves and accessories, and holiday items including Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day and St. Patrick's Day. We will not accept any Spring/Summer clothing or shoes. We accept clothing sizes newborn-juniors. Junior girls up to size 15 and XL tops. Boys sizes up to 36 waist and men's XL shirts. We love clothes, shoes, baby gear, toys, books, etc! All baby gear MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the item has stains, food, pet hair or odors, we will not accept it. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. We will accept car seats with a manufacture date of October 2, 2020 or later. The seat must have at least 1 year remaining before the expiration date. Car Seats must be VERY CLEAN! We will accept school-appropriate shorts and short-sleeve shirts as well as name-brand sandals such as Keen, Birkenstocks, and Chacos.
The RL guarantee states that if we lose anything of yours during the event we will pay you for it, just like it sold. This does happen some, but very little. If you want the guarantee, you MUST bring your items IN ORDER that you entered, and also bring a copy of your inventory sheet. This way we will know that all your items made it to the store! This will mean you will need an In-Store check in appointment, so we can check all your items. We will not be printing inventory sheets at the store.
We have days set for Early Barcode Label Pick-Up. You can find that information under Consignor Links on this website. You'll drive through and we will have all batches printed that have been completed. You MUST complete your batch the night before your scheduled label pick up. We will give you a helpful instruction sheet when you pick up labels.
The minimum price is $4. Anything you sell will need to be valued at $4. If you need to bundle smaller items to sell you can prepare them and sell them together. If you bundle clothing, they do not need to be the same brand, but they need to be the same size.
We accept athletic wear including leggings, shorts, dri-fit shirts and tank tops, sweatshirts, hoodies, and jeans. All items must in current styles. If you are wondering if we will accept your juniors items, email jadechisum@rhealana.com.
The BUMP is a 1-hour shopping bump on your Consignor shopping time, and can be applied to the Launch, Platinum or Gold Pre-Sale Tickets! Consignors receive this extra perk by choosing to discount your items during our 25% off and 50% sale days and donating any of your unsold items at the end of our event to our Foster Family Shopping Event and local donation partners.
We suggest you set the price at 25% - 30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing is not shopped as heavily, so price these items competitively, also.
Place them in a ziploc bag and attach the string tag to the inside of the bag using a small piece of tape along the top of the tag. Seal the bag with packing tape. Write your consignor number and price on the bag. It is also a good idea to include '1 of 2' and '2 of 2' for items with multiple pieces. See the videos under our Merchandise Prep page for examples!
If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.
Wrinkled clothes do not sell well! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the better they sell!
You're allowed 300 items per Consignor ID - each Consignor ID can have multiple batches. You are only charged one $12 Participation Fee per Consignor Number, not per batch.
Yes. Most of the furniture in excellent condition is sold in the first two days of our events. Contact jadechisum@rhealana.com if you are wondering if your item will be accepted.
For cribs manufactured between Dec 31, 2010, and June 28, 2011, we can accept them if they have a certificate of compliance and have not been recalled. For cribs manufactured after June 28, 2011, we can accept them if they have not been recalled. We will NOT accept any cribs manufactured before Dec 31, 2010.
