ViP Consigning
The application is now closed for our SPRING sale.
When you drop off your clothing items already hung on plastic hangers (we cannot accept metal hangers) you will earn an additional 5% of your sales.
We DO LIMIT certain brands for our VIP Program. Unacceptable items and brands will be automatically donated, so you will want to bring your BEST items!
Your processor is going to mark your items to make as much money as possible for you! They are experienced as a consignor and know how to prep and price. They will not be able to store your unsold items or deliver pulled items to you. You will have access to your list of items and can see them all with prices and watch them sell!
You can pick up your check like all consignors on the Monday after the sale. If you choose not to come, we will get the check in the mail within 48 hours! You can have it by the end of the week!
We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it. All clothes and shoes need to be Spring/Summer only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). We will accept shorts, short sleeved tees, dresses, jeans and capris, all athletic wear (including hoodies), tank tops, swim suits, flip flops, white dress shoes, water toys, Valentine's day, Easter and 4th of July themed clothing. Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear. We will not accept heavy fleece, flannel or any coats. We will not accept heavy lined boots for this sale. If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lanas standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.
We suggest boxes or bags. Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned.
There is a NEWBORN CLOTHING (size 0-9 month) limit of 30 items per Consignor number .Junior Girls clothing is limited to the best selling brands for VIPs. THERE ARE NO LIMITS FOR JUNIOR BOYS. Junior sizes is anything above a size 16-18. Please keep in mind, these should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for SPRING AND SUMMER. Junior sizes in teen styles (seasonally appropriate). Please, do NOT send us adult clothing. We will not be able to accept it. We do not accept prom dresses. SHOES.... Rhea Lana's will accept SPRING AND SUMMER shoes, rain boots, tennis shoes, sandals flip flops, summer dress shoes, and water shoes. Save heavy lined boots for the fall/witner sale. All shoes must be in clean, excellent condition.
Recalled items Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function. A VIP consignor will get a consignor pass for the regular consigning time at noon on Saturday of PreSale, but because you are both 1/2 price and donating your items you can shop one hour earlier at 11:00am!
When the VIP application is open, you will go through a tutorial about what we will accept. The processor is working for you but they are not laundering your items or sorting them. They must be ready to be hung and tagged. We will not be able to accept bagged items that haven't been sorted or boxes that have been in storage but not opened. Please honor these ladies who are experts at preparing and pricing by spending a small amount of time sorting through every item you are bringing. You will be pleased with their help and your check if you bring the accepted items and do the sorting before you drop off!
