ViP Consigning
Your Consignor check will be emailed to you at the end of the event! Simply log on to your Consignor account and verify your email address. You'll be able to print your check to either do a mobile deposit, or take to your bank!
VIP Consignors are required to allow their items to be discounted and allow any unsold items to be donated. Your processor is going to mark your items to make as much money as possible for you! They are experienced as a consignor and know how to prep and price. They will not be able to store your unsold items or deliver pulled items to you. You will have access to your list of items and can see them all with prices and watch them sell!
You VIP Processor will contact you and you both will decide the best way to get your items. Note: Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.
We love clothes, shoes, baby gear, toys, books, etc! All baby gear MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the item has stains, food, pet hair or odors, we will not accept it. VIP Processors love BOUTIQUE BRANDS! All clothes and shoes need to be seasonally appropriate for this event. A detailed list will be available on the sign-up Google form. All clothing must be under 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). No stains, holes, or excessive wear. If you have outfits, please fold them so your VIP Processor knows what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. We will accept car seats with a manufacture date of October 2, 2020 or later. The seat must have at least 1 year remaining before the expiration date. Car Seats must be VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it. We WILL accept: Pants, long-sleeves, sweaters, heavy/puffy coats and jackets, hoodies, ski pants/gear, snow boots, flannel, fleece, plaid applique, corduroy, turtlenecks, gloves, winter hats, scarves and accessories, and holiday items including Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day and St. Patrick's Day. We will accept school-appropriate shorts and short-sleeve shirts as well as name-brand sandals such as Keen, Birkenstocks, and Chacos. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standard (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions. Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.
All clothes and shoes need to be Fall/Winter only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed. Please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well. Junior Girls clothing is limited to athletic wear, sweatshirts/hoodies, and current styled jeans. THERE ARE NO LIMITS FOR JUNIOR BOYS. Junior sizes include jeans 00-15 and tops XS - XL. We will NOT accept: Tank tops, swimsuits, flip flops, sandals, white dress shoes, water toys, Easter, or 4th of July themed clothing. We will NOT accept Maternity clothing. We will NOT accept bulk purchases. We will NOT accept garage sale leftovers.
Recalled items Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function. VHS Tapes Used Underwear Porcelain Dolls Stuffed animals (unless they are licensed characters, Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals) Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.) Breast pumps Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers Adult Bedding (must be for a child's room) Maternity clothing VIP Consigning cannot accept these clothing brands (but YOU are welcome to prep/enter these brands as a regular consignor): Faded Glory Child of Mine No Boundaries Garanimals Athletic Works Bobbie Brooks Jordache Danskin And 1 We do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.
VIP Consignors receive an All-Star Consignor Pass to shop at 9am on Saturday of Pre-Sale. All-Star Consignors (Consignors who discount and donate all items) shop one hour earlier than regular consignors.
When the VIP application is open, you will go through a tutorial about what we will accept. The VIP processor is working for you but they are not laundering your items or sorting them. They must be ready to be hung and tagged. We will not be able to accept bagged items that haven't been sorted or boxes that have been in storage but not opened. Please honor these ladies who are experts at preparing and pricing by spending a small amount of time sorting through every item you are bringing. You will be pleased with their help and your check if you bring the accepted items and do the sorting before you drop off!
