Thanks to everyone who participated in our Spring/Summer sale! We had over 300 families consign over 24,000 items! Our building was just the right size for all of us and the thing that were brought!
I can't thank those of you enough who volunteered to work at our event. I know your husbands think you're crazy for working so you can shop, but we understand! I can't run the sale without you! Thank you.
I was so proud to be sponsored by the GOODMOMS program of Saint Mary's hospital. If you were one of the first 500 shoppers you received a wonderful tote bag. This program is top-notch and we are so thankful for their participation in our event.
I was also thrilled to give our donations to the First Baptist Church clothes closet in Fellowship of Christians clothes closet, both in Russellville. One of the local elementary schools also received our shoes and shirts for their students. In Clarksville, we helped start a new clothing closet for foster parents sponsored by The Call. And the JA of Clarksville also received clothes to help in their work. We also gave some nice things to two single-mom families who were friends of our consignors. Thank you to those of you who chose to donate your items to families in the River Valley.
We will be back in August with our Fall and Winter sale. As you clean out closets and drawers getting ready for spring, put away your best jeans, sweaters, jackets and boots. We will accept everything but sleeveless items, swimsuits, and sandals. We just can't find a building big enough for four seasons worth of clothes!
Keep telling your friends about our event. Anyone can get on our mailing list through this site. We will announce our dates here as soon as we know where and when we will be!
